Qualifications

• Strong experience with Lean/Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and BOM management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manage engineering/manufacturing data.
• Excellent problem solving and cross-functional communication skills; DoD clearance ability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manpower, space, materials, equipment, and information flow for complex processes.
• Lead design and implementation of process improvements in manufacturing and logistics.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects with limited direction.
• Identify risks and capacity constraints; propose manufacturability and cost-saving solutions.
• Partner with Design Engineering to influence product and process design for manufacturability.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, routings, and related docs.
• Support site planning, capital proposals, and digital/automation initiatives.
