Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Industrial Engineer to enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This remote U.S.-based position will focus on improving productivity, reducing costs, and driving data-informed decision-making through process analysis and performance evaluation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a structured problem-solving approach, and experience implementing process improvements within manufacturing, logistics, or service environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning assessments
  • Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, quality, and finance
  • Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Support Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence initiatives
  • Create process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams
  • Assess labor utilization, equipment effectiveness, and resource allocation strategies
  • Lead or support cost-reduction and operational improvement projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Minitab, or similar software)
  • Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting tools
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization techniques
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
