• Keeps up with best practices in manufacturing methods and tech trends

• Develops and maintains management information, planning and control systems
• Implements methods to reduce production costs
• Conducts time studies to level-load manufacturing processes
• Instills PFMEA mindset and processes for operators
• Collaborates across the organization to solve process-output issues
• Develops, implements, and communicates best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

General Duties

• Work to drive out cost through process improvements and documented standard work instructions.
• Designs, redesigns or enhances work areas and layouts with respect for ergonomics and waste elimination.
• Maintains knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods and trends and developments in technology and equipment.
• Works in conjunction with our lean team to improve process flow.
• Develops and maintains management information, planning and control systems.
• Implements methods and modifications to reduce production costs.
• Performs time studies to level load the manufacturing process.
• Implements PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis) mindset and process for our operators.
• Work across the organization to solve problems related to process outputs
• Develops, implements and communicates best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
