Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and material handling systems
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation
  • Conduct time, motion, and capacity studies to improve resource utilization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and processes
  • Apply lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping for continuous improvement
  • Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and waste reduction
  • Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering field
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering within manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
  • Experience with process mapping, time studies, and facility layout design
  • Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
