We’re hiring an Industrial Engineer to support a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on, production-floor focused, and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced operations and follows process without compromise.

What You’ll Do

• Improve and optimize manufacturing processes
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
• Support audits and answer quality/regulatory technical questions
• Partner cross-functionally on continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform root cause analysis and track KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering experience
• FAA Part 145 experience (required)
• Strong mechanical background with some electrical exposure
• Production floor experience (Aerospace a plus)
• Comfortable onsite 5 days/week (occasional Saturday support)

Nice to Have

• Lean / Six Sigma knowledge
