Position Responsibilities

Process Improvement

• Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Data Analysis & Optimization

• Collect and analyze operational data to evaluate process performance.
• Develop reports and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Evaluate resource utilization, production capacity, and workflow efficiency.
• Recommend data-driven improvements to manufacturing processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE).
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE).
• Relevant quality or continuous improvement certifications.
