The Production Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, safety and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will exercise their problem-solving and analytical skills, utilizing Lean methodologies in their daily operating rhythm, while collaborating on projects with the design, quality, supply chain and operations departments to ensure seamless production and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems. The Production Engineer will flex their strong communication skills when providing product application support to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will operate with a high attention to detail, gathering and analyzing data to recommend product/process flows, and will act as a SME in this role for automation selection and implementation, as well as selecting design tools and fixtures. The Production Engineer will be diligent about staying updated with industry and Lean Manufacturing trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance their skills and knowledge, while contributing to Solve’s continued growth and success.
