Job summary

Comrise in Glendale, Kentucky, is seeking an experienced industrial/manufacturing engineer to support factory development, capacity planning, and facility upgrades. You will lead CAPEX projects and drive equipment utilization while guiding lean manufacturing initiatives.

This full-time onsite role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree. Training will occur for six months in Marshall, Michigan, with relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with CAPEX projects, process improvement, and production efficiency.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, capacity planning, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related field.

• Experience in new plant construction, factory expansion, or equipment development is a plus.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, capacity planning, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
