Job summary

Dart Container in Dallas is seeking experienced Industrial Electricians for temporary positions. You will maintain, install, and repair equipment and electrical systems on high-speed manufacturing lines that produce red SOLO cups and foam containers.

You will work with PLCs and controls, troubleshoot complex circuits, and support a safety-driven, team-focused environment while enjoying competitive pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment or machinery.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading/writing wiring diagrams, programming PLCs, and NEC knowledge.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges.
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and the ability to troubleshoot basic problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and repair equipment, electrical systems and facility electrical systems.
• Utilize electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges.
• Maintain and utilize maintenance systems for work orders, breakdown reporting and track machine modifications.
• Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and light fixtures. Replace damages or broken components.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment.

What you’ll do…

What we’re looking for…

5 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment or machinery, or comparable experience with trade school or training

High School diploma or equivalent required

Proficiency in reading/writing wiring diagrams, programming PLCs, and a basic understanding of NEC

Knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges

Familiarity with a variety of tools and the ability to troubleshoot basic problems.

• Other electrician levels can be considered for candidates with more experience.
