Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Electrician to install conduit, wiring, electrical panels, and motor control systems for refrigeration equipment. Expect to travel nationwide and work with high‑voltage systems.

The role involves troubleshooting during installations, reading schematics, and coordinating with the field construction team. Strong NEC knowledge and five years of industrial electrical experience are required.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Proficiency with rigid conduit bending and installation (up to 4 inches).
• Knowledge of three-phase motor systems and 480v AC motor control circuits.
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationwide.
• Ability to operate industrial lifts and equipment.
• Must pass pre-employment and regular drug testing.
• Pre-employment background and driving record check (no DUI in the past 5 years).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying conditions.

Job Role

The Field Electrician is responsible for installing conduit, wiring, electrical panels, and motor control systems for refrigeration equipment. The role includes troubleshooting during installations, working with high‑voltage systems, and collaborating with the field construction team. Extensive travel is required.

Key Duties

• Run conduit, wiring, and connect electrical components such as disconnects, switches, circuit panels, transformers, and wire terminations

• Must have the physical stamina to perform repetitive motions and remain on feet for most of the shift


• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination sufficient to operate tools accurately and safely

Preferences

• Experience with PLC installation and troubleshooting


• Strong mechanical aptitude and field problem-solving skills
