Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking an electrical maintenance specialist at Corteva’s site to run and safeguard plant electrical systems. You will repair, service and inspect equipment, ensuring safe uptime and compliance with safety programs.

The role demands valid licensing, hands-on技hnical skill, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Emphasis on safety, documentation, and overtime during seasonal peaks.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrician license or certification.
• Ability to read and interpret NEC standards.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicle.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn company systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors/indoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control systems for process and facility equipment.
• Perform electrical repairs, servicing, troubleshooting, and inspections following guidelines.
• Support electrical safety program with leadership and teams to ensure compliance.
• Adhere to quality, safety, OSHA, PSM, and company safety procedures daily.
• Recommend improvements to electrical programs and hardware for safer uptime.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
