TEC Industrial in Erwin, TN is seeking an Electrician to join our growing team. You will safely plan, install, and repair wiring, conduit, switches, and control equipment per NEC and project specs, with emphasis on reliability and safety.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of industrial electrician experience, color vision, and NCCER or an equivalent certification. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as Industrial Electrician
- Must have color differentiation to identify wire colors and safety indicators
- Knowledge of materials, parts, and assemblies used in electrical construction
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely in electrical work
Responsibilities
- Safely plan, layout, install, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment per NEC and customer specs
- Install new or modified installations to minimize waste and ensure future maintenance access
- Measure, cut, bend, assemble and install conduit and wiring
- Pull wires and splice connections; test circuits for safety and compatibility
- Observe equipment operation and adjust or replace as needed
- May cut or weld steel structures as required
- Perform other duties as necessary
