Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Electrician for our Hastings, Michigan facility. You will maintain automated manufacturing equipment, support preventive maintenance, and assist with equipment installations.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in a modern plant environment. The ideal candidate has an industrial electrical background, PLC troubleshooting basics, and familiarity with CMMS and safety standards such as NFPA 70E and Lockout/Tagout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus industrial electrical experience.
• Journeyperson Electrician license preferred.
• 1–3 years of industrial electrical maintenance preferred.
• Experience with low- and high-voltage equipment and motor controls.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Install power distribution wiring, conduit, cable trays, and electrical services for new/relocated equipment.
• Wire, commission, and support robotic and PLC-controlled systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults in motors, relays, sensors, and drives; repair or replace components.
• Maintain CMMS documentation and ensure safety standards are met.
