Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company seeks experienced electricians to support production locations across Michigan. You will perform electrical trade tasks, read hardware and ladder prints, and troubleshoot robotic and electrical systems in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires apprenticeship or equivalent experience, willingness to work shifts, and compliance with safety rules. Pre-employment screening and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship or 8 years of experience.
• Proficiency reading hardware and ladder logic prints; PLCs and servo drives knowledge.
• Willing to work varying shifts and overtime with good attendance.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical trade tasks on the shop floor with appropriate tools.
• Follow safety rules and cooperate with leadership and teammates.
• Read prints and troubleshoot robotic/electrical systems as needed.
