Ford Motor Company is seeking electricians to support locations across the Southeast. The position offers top hourly base rate of $45.115 and starting rate of $44.915, with increases after three months.

Candidates must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship or 8 years of experience, plus strong reading of hardware and ladder logic prints and PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley, Square D, ControlLogix). Benefits include healthcare, retirement plans, life insurance, disability coverage, tuition

Qualifications

• Must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship, or have 8 years of previous experience, or have a combination of previous work experience and training equivalent to a bona fide apprenticeship program in the trade.
• Proficiency in reading hardware and ladder logic prints, troubleshooting electrical and robotic systems and equipment (e.g. Fanuc, ABB, Kawasaki).
• Working knowledge with PLCs (e.g. Allen Bradley, Square D, Control Logix) servo controls and variable frequency drives is required.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check is required. Drug panel does not include THC.

• Follow safety rules and procedures and work in a team environment.
