Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking an experienced electrical professional at Corteva location to operate and maintain plant electrical systems, perform repairs, and uphold safety and environmental standards.

You will partner with program leaders to ensure compliance with OSHA/PSM and company policies, while contributing to continuous improvements in electrical safety and equipment performance. Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician with relevant experience.
• Able to interpret the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Comfort with technology and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to climb, stand, sit, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varied conditions.
• Work independently or in a team environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• High attention to detail with multi-tasking ability.
• Maintain detailed equipment records and prints.
• Commitment to health and safety policies; safety-focused.
• Willing to work overtime and shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of equipment (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control) for process and facility.
• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting and inspections per guidelines.
• Assist program leaders and teams with the electrical safety program for compliance.
• Adhere to quality systems, safety procedures, OSHA, PSM, and Corteva safety policies.
• Suggest improvements to safety via electrical programs or hardware changes.
• Handle various other duties as assigned.
