Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Journeyman Electrician or higher/able to obtain a License.

• Knowledge of NEC and all aspects of the electrical field.

Responsibilities

• Perform upkeep and service on electrical systems used throughout the plant.
• Troubleshoot electrical supply and controls to equipment.
• Assist maintenance with troubleshooting and repairs.

Skills

Licensed Journeyman Electrician or higher

2 years Industrial Electrical Experience

Knowledge of NEC

Knowledge of 460 volt, 277 volts, 120 volts and 24 volts AC or DC

Knowledge with motors and motor controls

Basic knowledge of Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers

Basic knowledge of VFD’s

Knowledge of lighting and emergency lighting

Ability to read and use electrical schematics
