Job summary

George's Processing is seeking an Industrial Electrician to maintain and repair the plant's electrical systems and to support plant management in producing a wholesome, quality product for our customers.

Applicants must have a high school diploma and 3+ years of related electrical experience in an industrial setting, be proficient with PLCs and control wiring, and possess good communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3+ years of related electrical experience in an industrial environment.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant electrical equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and test/adjust PLC control logic.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, compressors, nitrogen lines, and lighting systems.
• Build and wire control cabinets and related wiring.
• Identify faulty operations or materials and report to supervision.
• Respond to plant emergencies as directed.
