Charter Steel is seeking an Industrial Electrician to maintain and repair plant equipment, troubleshoot electrical issues, and minimize downtime. The role operates on a twelve-hour shift (6pm–6am) within a fast-paced, safety-conscious manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial electrical maintenance, strong knowledge of electronics, PLCs, and motor controls, plus experience with safety procedures and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Three or more years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electronics and control systems.
• Experience with motor controls, VFDs, and PLCs.
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plant equipment and electrical systems.
• Analyze test results, machine errors, and operator data to resolve issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and calibrations.
• Maintain and support industrial electrical equipment and control systems.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Technicians to respond to requests.
• Help maintain accurate parts inventory and work orders.
• Follow safety policies and Environmental, Quality procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
