Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in industrial environments. You will work with conduit, switchgear, transformers, motor controls, and power distribution while following NEC and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on experience, ability to read drawings, and the flexibility to work independently or as part of a project team; overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in electrical work, including industrial environments.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and specs.
• Experience with three-phase power, motors, transformers, switchgear.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical safety practices.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime or alternate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems.
• Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, transformers, and motor controls.
• Troubleshoot MCCs, VFDs, control circuits, and distribution systems.
• Read drawings, schematics, specs, and manuals; perform testing with meters.
• Ensure work complies with NEC, safety rules, and project specs.
• Coordinate with supervision, other trades, and customer representatives.
• Keep accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and assist apprentices when needed.
