Job summary

Stellantis seeks an Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems across the facility, including motors, generators, transformers, and controls. You will test, troubleshoot, and modify electrical equipment, assemble motor-controlled devices, and ensure preventative maintenance is performed to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4 years of combined experience and training similar to an Electrician apprenticeship; or a DOL Electrician apprenticeship completion.
• Ability to work all shifts including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings, layouts or specifications.
• Electrical experience supporting manufacturing operations including troubleshooting.
• Ability to locate and diagnose electrical system troubles.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and replacement of parts.
• Documentation proving DOL Apprenticeship or related training.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, layout, installation, and repair of electrical equipment and power/lighting systems.
• Test and modify electrical machinery and control equipment; assemble and test motor-controlled devices.
• Diagnose causes of electrical malfunctions and perform corrective actions.
• Handle incidental tasks as needed to complete larger tasks.
