Job summary

Faith Technologies in Pittsboro, IN, is hiring an Excellerate Electrician I to perform electrical assemblies, installations, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance inside the Excellerate facility. The role requires a HS diploma or GED and completion of an apprenticeship (8,000 hours), willingness to travel 10–25%, and willingness to work varied shifts. You will follow safety procedures, study blueprints, and mentor General Assemblers/Apprentices to meet project specs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).

• Must meet OSHA and safety requirements and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Layout conduit systems and lighting systems according to blueprints.
• Analyze blueprints and ensure installations meet specifications.
• Perform electrical assemblies, installations, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety procedures.
• Mentor General Assemblers/Apprentices and provide technical guidance.
