Qualifications

• Completion of Apprenticeship Certificate in Electrical trade or 6 years of documented experience as an Electrician.
• Must pass GM hiring process requirements including assessments, hair drug testing, and background check.
• Must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA safety procedures and GM procedures.
• Maintain and repair electrical equipment; perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Read and interpret drawings and wiring schematics.
• Analyze and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions quickly to avoid production delays.
• Promote teamwork and collaborate with other departments.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
