Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in electrical construction, industrial maintenance, or related environments.
Ability to read electrical drawings and documents depending on experience level.
Strong troubleshooting and safety focus.
Willingness to work overtime and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and lighting systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections for reliability and compliance.
Diagnose issues and implement repairs to minimize downtime.
Follow electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with project teams to meet schedules.
Maintain accurate records of work and materials.
Support commissioning, startup, and testing activities.
Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
Mentor less experienced electricians when applicable.
Lead crews and oversee project execution for senior staff.
