You’ll be working hands‑on with CNC machines, PLC systems, and industrial electrical equipment, solving real problems that keep operations running.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems (up to 480V, 3-phase)


• Diagnose and fix PLC issues (Allen-Bradley primarily)


• Work on CNC machines and machine tool systems


• Repair motors, VFDs, control panels, and components


• Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams


• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime


• Support equipment installs, upgrades, and improvements


• Respond to breakdowns and get machines back online quickly
