Job summary

ISC Constructors, LLC is looking for an experienced Electrician in La Porte, Texas. The ideal candidate must have a valid Texas Electrical License and at least 5 years of craft-specific experience. Responsibilities include fabricating and installing various conduits, performing MCC and switchgear work, and troubleshooting energized motor controls. Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of craft-specific experience.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Knowledgeable in the use of national electric code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install various types of conduits.
• Perform MCC and switchgear work.
• Size thermal-overloads, breakers, and fuses.

Skills

Fabricate and install conduit

Use mechanical and hydraulic benders

Troubleshoot energized motor controls

Read blueprints

Knowledge of electrical equipment testers

Install wire and cable

Knowledge of electrical OSHA rules

Education

Valid Texas Electrical License
