Job summary

Norrell Construction, Inc is seeking an Electricial Specialist with conduit and cable tray experience to join our Texas Gulf Coast team. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, repairing, and calibrating instrumentation systems in manufacturing settings, with emphasis on NEC compliance and safe practices.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with other trades, and ensure high-quality installations while adhering to project policies and site safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• 3-5+ years of experience as an industrial electrician with cable tray and conduit installation.
• Journeyman Electrician license and/or Apprentice TDLR.
• Working knowledge of NEC and industrial electrical codes.
• Proficient reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Must follow all company and project policies, rules, and guidelines.
• Must be willing to assist in any additional qualified duties assigned.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and calibrate instrumentation systems.
• Handle conduit and cable tray installations, including raceway layouts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Coordinate installation sequencing with other trades on site.
• Follow OSHA regulations and site safety plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation including redlines and as-builts.
