Job summary

Vylor Inc. is hiring an electrical technician to maintain plant equipment, perform repairs, and ensure safety and compliance at the Corteva site. The role demands hands-on electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation work, with a focus on uptime and quality processes.

You will work in a team, following NEC guidelines and company procedures, and may require overtime during seasonal peaks. The position offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000 and comprehensive health benefits from day one, plus paid time

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician with NEC knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn company apps.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control equipment.
• Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and inspections per guidelines.
• Support safety program to ensure compliance with OSHA, PSM, and company procedures.
• Maintain detailed equipment records and prints as required.
• Communicate with program leaders and teams to improve safety and reliability.
• Support production uptime through shift coverage and reliable performance.
