Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and motor-driven systems.
• Experience with various pumps (centrifugal, diaphragm, piston).
• Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators).
• Experience with 13.2 volts DC transformers and 480 VAC.
• Knowledge of Control Logix, Allen-Bradley, Automax, Modicon.
• Knowledge of gas burners is essential.
• Able to work in a team and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day and long-term maintenance of foundry and mill equipment.
• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair machinery including controls and drives.
• Review and assist maintenance schedules and logs.
• Maintain electrical equipment to meet regulatory codes.
• Interpret safety and work instructions to understand specs.
• Inspect machinery to maintain parameters.
• Operate forklifts and other lifts as required.
