Job summary

Zing Recruiting is seeking an Industrial Electrician for our client in Dayton, NJ. The role offers pay of $40–$45 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:50 PM.

You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, read schematics, and support upgrades while ensuring OSHA safety.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and industrial electrical maintenance experience; overtime and weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Global leader in flavor and food ingredients manufacturer located in Dayton, NJ is in need of an Industrial Electrician to join the team!

Duties

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, PLC, and control system issues to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
• Maintain and repair motor control centers (MCCs), relays, contactors, and electrical distribution equipment
• Support installation and commissioning of new production equipment and electrical upgrades
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

Requirements
