Job summary

DeSHAZO, LLC. seeks an electrical assembler to perform wiring and assembly of custom overhead crane equipment. You will plan layouts, wire control panels, and read schematics and BOMs to correctly wire components, VF drives, and motors.

The role requires identifying design deficiencies or malfunctions to improve safety and quality. Applicants should have tech-school certification, PLC/VF drive experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Certification from a tech school in Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or Military Electronics.
• Experience wiring PLCs, VF Drives and Motors.
• Speak, read, and write proficient English.

Responsibilities

• Layout, drilling, and cutting with hand power tools.

Job Summary:

Perform electrical assembly of new, custom-made overhead crane equipment. This includes planning and layout of and wiring of custom control panels. In addition, reading schematics and BOM’s to correctly wire and install all individual components, VF drives and motors. Also possess the ability to recognize design deficiencies or malfunctions where immediate determinations or corrections are needed to enhance quality and/or safety.

Requirements

• Certification from Tech School in Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or Military Electronics
• Experience wiring PLC’s, VF Drives and Motors
• Forklift experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Speak, read, and write proficient English.
• Own basic electrician’s tools

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk for 10-hour shifts
• Be able to work in any position (reach, bend, kneel, etc.)
• Be able to work in any environment (hot, cold, dusty, dirty, etc.)
• Be able normally see, hear and talk.
