Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Journeyman E&I Electrician (On-Site) in Green Bay, Wisconsin to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems supporting corrugated packaging and paperboard manufacturing.

You will diagnose issues with PLCs, motor controls, sensors, and related instrumentation; perform preventive maintenance; and read electrical schematics and P&IDs to support repairs and installations.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level electrical and instrumentation experience.
• Ability to read schematics and P&IDs.
• Strong troubleshooting and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with PLCs, motor controls, sensors, and related instrumentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs to support repairs and installations.
• Calibrate instruments and verify system performance.

• Ability to work safely and follow electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Proficiency reading schematics and P&IDs and executing calibration tasks.
