Schedule: Full-time industrial/plant support work; schedule and overtime may vary by site needs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, starters, drives, panels, and production equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, shutdowns, and plant electrical work.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, prints, and technical documentation.
• Diagnose electrical issues in manufacturing or industrial environments and complete safe repairs.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and site leadership to keep equipment running safely.

Requirements

• Industrial electrical maintenance or plant electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting ability with motors, controls, panels, MCCs, VFDs, and production equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Comfort working in manufacturing, industrial, plant, or mill environments.
