Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for the 2nd shift in our manufacturing team. You will run conduit, pull wire, install electrical components, and interpret blueprints and schematics to install and maintain electrical systems.

The role offers a 2nd shift schedule (Mon-Thu 10-hour days) with overtime available and weekly pay. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen; health benefits are offered after a probationary period.

Qualifications

• EMT and rigid conduit, pipes, or tubing, inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures
• Assemble, install, test, or maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, or fixtures, using hand tools or power tools
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
• Assemble, install, test electrical wiring, equipment, apparatus, fixtures, junction boxes, switches, outlets, distribution panels, etc.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes
• Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Install and route conduit, pull and connect wires to complete electrical circuits
• Install, test, and maintain electrical components and fixtures per blueprints and schematics
• Assemble and fit electrical wiring and equipment in accordance with specifications
• Interpret blueprints and schematics during installation and maintenance work
• Plan and layout wiring routes according to job specs and local codes
• Perform inspections to ensure proper grounding and connection to motors and equipment

• Pay: $26 - $35 an hour based on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 10 Hour Shifts
• Overtime Available
