The role emphasizes hands-on work with PLCs, motor controls, and electrical infrastructure, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement. You will diagnose issues, program PLCs, interface with HMI, support projects, and maintain documentation in compliance with NEC and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship or equivalent technical training.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, ladder logic, and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in power distribution systems (480V/240V/120V), control circuits, and industrial machinery.
• Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs and associated I/O devices (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens).
• Interface with HMI systems and support sensor/actuator/drives integration.
• Assist in planning and executing electrical projects, including equipment upgrades and retrofits.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure NEC and safety compliance.
