Staffmark Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for direct hire. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment across the facility, with a pay rate of $28.00–$36.00 per hour and a 8 AM–8 PM 2-2-3 schedule.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and reliability to keep production moving smoothly. You will install conduit, cable, and wiring per code, size conductors for 480 VAC systems, program VFDs, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in electrical maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the facility.
• Install conduit, cable, wiring, and electrical components according to code and requirements.
• Size and select proper wire, amperage, and voltage for industrial applications.
• Program and troubleshoot VFDs, timers, and heat controllers.
• Build, wire, and maintain electrical control panels.
• Diagnose issues using drawings, schematics, manuals, and testing equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and reliability initiatives.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
