Job summary

Amteck is seeking skilled Electricians for our West Jefferson, OH project. We offer long-term opportunities, benefits and a 401K. After completion you may move to another project within Amteck and pursue growth within the trade, including training in low voltage, fire alarm, controls and instrumentation.

If you have 5+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites and can read blueprints, you will fit well. OSHA10 is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites.
• Ability to install conduit, wire and cable systems as required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards and other electrical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment or systems.
• OSHA10 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, wire and cable systems on commercial/industrial sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints for wiring layouts.
• Install and terminate panels, switchboards and other electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty circuits, equipment or systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet safety and quality standards.
