Job summary

A leading sustainable packaging company in Michigan seeks an Electrical and/or Instrumentation Technician to provide technical support and maintenance for mill assets. The successful candidate will have strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills, and either journeyman status or an associate’s degree in Electrical Technology or similar. A commitment to safety and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. This role offers competitive compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be an electrical or instrumentation journeyman.
• At least two years of recent industrial maintenance experience is preferred.
• DC/AC drive and drive control systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and technical support for operations issues.
• Conduct calibrations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Work extended hours, shiftwork, and respond to after-hour calls.
