Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking a Group Manager or Project Executive in North Carolina to lead industrial electrical project delivery. The role may consider a Senior Project Manager with responsibilities aligned to experience, and requires strong leadership across project portfolios.

You will guide PMs, oversee budgets and forecasts, manage client relationships, and coordinate preconstruction handoffs, procurement priorities and schedules.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership in industrial electrical construction with 10+ years preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver industrial electrical scope and lead project teams.
• Strong forecasting, contract, change management and client relationship skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple PMs or projects; readiness for broader portfolio responsibility.
• North Carolina project site availability; relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned industrial electrical projects and coordinate PMs and field resources.
• Review budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete reports, billings and portfolio performance.
• Develop PMs and staffing plans, accountability and project execution standards.
• Manage key client relationships and resolve commercial, scope and delivery risks.
• Coordinate preconstruction handoffs, procurement priorities and project schedules.
• Support safe electrical execution, quality expectations and commissioning coordination.
• Report business performance to leadership and support repeat work opportunities.
