Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of industrial electrical construction experience.
• Previous Foreman or Lead Electrician experience.
• Strong understanding of industrial power distribution systems.
• Experience with MCCs, switchgear, transformers, motors, and motor controls.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and industrial construction practices.
• Ability to independently plan and execute work.
• Ability to read and build directly from electrical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Clean driving record for past five years.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising electrical crews on industrial construction projects.
• Planning daily work activities based on project schedules, drawings, and field conditions.
• Coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Twin Electric's quality standards.
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, control drawings, construction plans, specifications.
• Installing and overseeing MCCs, switchgear, transformers, motors, VFDs, soft starters, PLC panels and instrumentation.
• Installing conduit systems (EMT, rigid, PVC coated, stainless steel, PVC, underground raceways).
• Managing productivity and labor performance; tracking progress and forecasting needs.
• Conducting daily safety meetings and enforcing OSHA requirements.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Superintendents, Owners, Engineers, Inspectors, and Customers.
• Mentoring apprentices and journeymen into future leaders.
