Job summary

Twin Electric Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on complex industrial, agricultural, and automation projects throughout California.

This is not an entry-level leadership position. We are looking for a proven foreman who can successfully manage crews, coordinate with project management, maintain customer relationships, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of industrial electrical construction experience.
• Previous Foreman or Lead Electrician experience.
• Strong understanding of industrial power distribution systems.
• Experience with MCCs, switchgear, transformers, motors, and motor controls.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and industrial construction practices.
• Ability to independently plan and execute work.
• Ability to read and build directly from electrical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on industrial construction projects.
• Plan daily work activities based on schedules, drawings and field conditions.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Read and interpret one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, control drawings, construction plans, specifications.
• Install and oversee MCCs, switchgear, transformers, motors, VFDs, PLC panels, instrumentation, and industrial controls.
• Install conduit systems including EMT, rigid, PVC, etc.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
• Mentor apprentices and journeymen into future leaders.
