Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in electrical construction in commercial and/or industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams of Helpers and Apprentices.
• Basic understanding of customer relationships and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members on job site.
• Ensure quality work according to local and NEC guidelines.
• Assist in developing a manpower schedule.
