Beargate Electrical Contracting Inc. is seeking an Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on complex industrial projects, primarily in food processing and water treatment facilities.

You will supervise 8–10 electricians and helpers, ensuring safe, efficient work in NEC compliance, while maintaining strong communication with management. As a working leader, you will oversee project installations and maintenance, plan daily tasks, and mentor junior electricians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/electrical experience, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, NEC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for crews of 8–10 electricians and apprentices on industrial sites.
• Lead crews on project work and recurring maintenance/service work.
• Coordinate weekend work to support production schedules and outages.
• Plan and assign daily tasks, track productivity, maintain a safe jobsite.
• Coordinate with superintendents and project managers to meet milestones.
• Monitor electrical quality and NEC compliance.
• Manage truck stock, tools, and material deliveries to avoid delays.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide field-level solutions.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on manpower and progress.
• Participate in safety meetings and lead by example.

Job Overview

Beargate Electrical Contracting Inc. is actively hiring Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on complex industrial electrical projects. Most of Beargate’s work is in the industrial food processing and water treatment industries. As a working leader, you will supervise 8–10 electricians and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with NEC standards. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong field knowledge, and the ability to maintain seamless communication between field personnel and management. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily tasks, track crew productivity, and maintain a safe and organized jobsite
• Coordinate with superintendents and project managers to ensure milestones are met
• Monitor and maintain electrical quality standards, ensuring all work complies with NEC regulations
• Manage truck stock, tools, and material deliveries to avoid delays and maintain readiness
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide field-level solutions efficiently
• Maintain accurate daily reports, including manpower, progress, and material needs
• Participate in safety meetings and lead by example to uphold jobsite safety protocols
• Support and mentor junior electricians, fostering a culture of learning and accountability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, controls, and NEC compliance
• Proven ability to lead and motivate crews in fast-paced environments
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using smartphones, email, and digital tools to communicate and track progress
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must represent Beargate with professionalism, dependability, and a strong work ethic

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Weekend work and overtime are an expected part of the role when customer needs require it, particularly in food processing and water treatment environments.

Location

• On-site industrial project locations, most job will be at industrial food processing plants and water treatment facilities.
• Primarily local work with occasional travel opportunities (per diem provided)
