Job summary

Primoris Pipeline is seeking an Electrical Estimator to lead electrical cost estimates for complex industrial projects, covering power distribution, instrumentation, controls, grounding, and hazardous areas. You will generate detailed labor, material, and subcontractor cost data for EPC lump-sum, unit-rate, and T&M bids, working with engineering and procurement teams to define scope and risk.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical estimating for EPC, industrial, oil & gas facilities.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and specs.
• Proficiency with estimating software tools (Accubid, McCormick, EBM).
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, API, ISA, IEEE codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, diagrams, layouts, specs and client standards.
• Prepare detailed labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and indirect cost estimates for EPC bids.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to confirm scope and risks.
• Develop installation labor strategies for industrial electrical systems.
