Job summary

The Work Force Bureau seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to support projects across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and Utilities in the Houston area.

You will lead electrical design and testing from concept through FAT/SAT, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, review drawings and datasheets, and ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, NEC and NFPA standards. This role requires hands-on problem solving and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical power distribution and LV/MV systems.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, NEC and NFPA standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical engineering projects from design through testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, datasheets, and technical documentation.
• Support integration of LV/MV switchgear, transformers, UPS/DC systems, VFDs, and MCCs.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturing teams, and project stakeholders.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, NEC, and NFPA standards.
