Job summary

Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. is hiring for an entry‑level Electrical role supporting the Electric division.

You will assist with installation, service, and maintenance of electrical systems under a project lead, building hands‑on skills and safety awareness on industrial, residential, and commercial sites. You’ll develop code knowledge, learn current electrical standards, and track your work and education while traveling to regional job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2nd year (2,000–4,000 hours) registered Unlicensed Electrician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and materials.
• Ability to positively identify wire colors.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Self‑starter mindset with strong teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a history of safe driving.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, service, and maintenance work under supervision.
• Attend continuing education to support annual registration renewal.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and construction documents.
• Gain experience bending conduit using hydraulic bending machines.
• Follow KE safety policies and procedures.
