You will lead land acquisitions, guide development execution, and shape market strategy while partnering with executive leadership and lenders. This role offers significant upside through promote and development fees.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of industrial real estate development experience.
• Proven ability to source, underwrite, and execute industrial land acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of due diligence, entitlements, and development execution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and execute industrial land acquisitions across Texas.
• Lead front-end development: due diligence, entitlements, approvals.
• Coordinate with architecture, engineering, permitting, and construction teams.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations for site selection.
• Mentor junior developers and align teams to investment objectives.
