Job summary

Bestway USA is seeking an Industrial Designer II-ODM to lead development from concept to production. You will collaborate with product teams, ODM partners, and R&D to create manufacturable products across watersports, furniture, and toys. Proficiency in CAD and CAID tools, plus strong communication, is essential.

Hybrid work flexibility is offered. The role requires 4–6 years in industrial design, with a degree in the field and a strong portfolio of CAD-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in industrial design or similar field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience.
• Proficient with CAD software; CAD certificates are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 and common render programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all assigned projects from sketch to production with minimal supervision.
• Create a design framework considering cost, safety, ergonomics, and manufacturing limitations.
• Collaborate with product development, ODM team, and other departments to refine design scope.
• Use CAD/CAID tools (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to produce manufacturable sheets and renderings.
• Maintain organized file systems and update project trackers weekly.
