Job summary

Deloitte’s Industrial Data Operations (IDO) practice seeks a senior data delivery leader to guide industrial data and analytics programs. You will coordinate onshore and offshore teams, translate technical work into practical delivery plans, and ensure alignment among stakeholders and platform partners.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data platforms or engineering, 5+ years in industrial data delivery, and hands-on depth to review data outputs. Travel ~50% and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as data platform architect or senior data engineer.
• 5+ years leading delivery on industrial data or manufacturing analytics.
• 5+ years managing multiple workstreams with architecture focus.
• 5+ years working with cloud data platforms, with Databricks and AWS exposure.
• 8+ years total experience in consulting/industry, including 3+ years of delivery leadership.
• 3+ years coordinating work across onshore/offshore teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Eng or 8 years equivalent experience.
• Travel about 50% of working time; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead core delivery execution for industrial data and analytics engagements.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams with client-facing communications.
• Own design oversight of OT-to-cloud data integration, lakehouse schemas, and pipelines.
• Review offshore data engineering output to identify architectural risks and gaps.
• Collaborate with platform architects/alliance teams for input on platform design.
