Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Manager/Solution Architect for its Industrial Data Operations practice to lead platform-agnostic data architecture across OT, edge, and enterprise environments. You will define UNS design, ISA-95 asset models, and integration topology, shaping data governance for analytics and decision-making.

You will align architecture decisions with platform capabilities, mentor others, and collaborate with Cognite on data fusion engagements. Travel ~50% and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in controls/automation engineering, OT integration, or industrial data architecture.
• 5+ years leading architecture work across OT, edge, and enterprise environments.
• 5+ years designing UNS architecture and ISA-95 asset models from scratch.
• 5+ years linking historian systems, edge platforms, and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years leading foundation advisory and implementation for industrial data or OT integration.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to travel average of 50% of working time.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT-up architecture design, including UNS and ISA-95 asset models.
• Translate plant-floor realities into practical architecture decisions.
• Partner with Delivery Manager to hand off cloud data platform work.
• Collaborate with Cognite Platform Architects on Cognite Data Fusion engagements.
• Mentor and guide team members; manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
